3 Identity Verification
As a private individual or sole trader, we need to confirm your identity and address before your first hire. Please provide a photo of your driving licence and a recent utility bill — you can take a photo now or upload an existing file.
We need to confirm the identity of whoever is signing for the company and takes responsibility for collecting and returning the machinery. Please provide a photo of their driving licence or passport — you can take a photo now or upload an existing file.
5 Insurance
Hired-in plant insurance can only be held by a registered business, so this section applies to sole traders and limited companies only.
Please email a copy of your hired-in plant insurance certificate to hire@ilhgroundcare.com before your hire commences.
